Behavioral Therapeutic Consultant (BCBA/BCaBA) – Remote
• *Virtual position but MUST RESIDE IN VIRGINIA!**
Wall Residences is growing! We are looking for part-time hourly and full-time salaried BCBAs or BCaBAs to join our Statewide Therapeutic Consultation Team in Virginia. We are a comprehensive agency providing applied behavior analysis services to all regions of the state of Virginia. Wall Residences provides Therapeutic Consultation services around the needs of the individuals we support, with a strong focus on positively impacting quality of life. Our practice focuses on supporting individuals who engage in interfering behaviors and experience skill deficits that affect their quality of life, both in their home and community. Our Remote Therapeutic Consultants provide support via telehealth services.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
• Conduct meaningful assessments and develop individualized behavior plans
• Train caregivers and staff to implement strategies with confidence
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and celebrate success
• Delivering services that change lives—not just check boxes
Required Qualifications:
• BCBA or BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Licensure through the Virginia Board of Medicine
