[Remote] Test Automation Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PeopleCaddie is working with a Big Four Client seeking a skilled and motivated Automation Tester Contractor to join their dynamic team. In this remote role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of software applications through the development, execution, and maintenance of automated tests, collaborating closely with development and QA teams. Responsibilities • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for various applications to ensure software quality • Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure functionality • Partner with developers and QA teams to identify and prioritize test cases suitable for automation • Assist in the integration of automated tests into the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline • Provide comprehensive documentation and support for automated testing tools and processes Skills • Proven experience in developing and executing automated tests • Intermediate proficiency with Tricentis Tosca for test automation • Basic understanding of SAP S/4Hana end-to-end implementations. (Experience with alternative ERP systems will be considered) • Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Company Overview • The talent cloud for the highly-skilled gig economy.
