[Remote] Territory Manager - Toronto Central, ON

They are seeking a Territory Manager to drive product adoption across Ontario’s automotive dealership network, building relationships and developing dealer partnerships to enhance territory performance. Responsibilities Drive dealer growth from the ground up Identify, onboard, and develop dealer relationships that deliver lasting results Report directly on territory performance Skills 1+ years of experience in automotive sales, warranty products, or B2B business development Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of automotive dealership operations and service department dynamics Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and conduct effective training sessions for diverse audiences Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management to ensure efficient tracking and execution of sales strategies Reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license and comfort with frequent in-territory travel Prior experience selling F&I products, extended warranties, or embedded insurance solutions Established relationships within Ontario's automotive dealership community Experience supporting dealer onboarding and co-op marketing programs Background in training dealership staff across F&I and service departments Familiarity with provincial regulatory requirements affecting dealership operations Active General Level 1 Insurance Licence already in hand Company Overview Optiom is an affordable car replacement insurance provider that helps you get back on the road when your primary insurer writes off your vehicle.
