• REMOTE TEMP Position*

BILLING SPECIALIST needed in the Nashville, TN area (southeast of Downtown). MUST BE LOCAL TO THE AREA!

PAY RATE: $25/hr

Contract Length: 3-4 months

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in billing or a related field.
• Advanced/expert knowledge of Excel is a must.
• Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of the billing process.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of billing information.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Generate and process accurate and timely invoices for combined service and equipment fees.
• Work independently to review billing data, identifying any discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to gather necessary information for billing purposes.
• Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive billing information.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and manipulate billing data.
• Prioritize tasks and issues based on their level of importance to meet billing deadlines.
• Assist with the transition of retail inventory data from operational contracts to D365.
• Provide support and expertise in billing-related matters.
