Our client, a prominent healthcare organization in Center City, is seeking a contracted Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team! This position requires the candidate to speak fluent spanish in relation to customer's questions and support for their claims and additional inquiries. About You: • High school diploma or GED required • Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written fluency) • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus • Proven ability to handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency • Background in medical terminology or healthcare support is helpful • Though remote, candidate must be local (within 1 hour) of any of the below locations: Philadelphia, PA Columbus, OH Houston, TX Bloomington, MN Salt Lake, UT About the Job: • Handle customer inquiries related to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal access, and ID cards • Provide 5-star service with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and solution-oriented support • Resolve member issues efficiently through clear communication and active listening • Maintain a positive and respectful tone during all customer interactions • Support the overall customer experience by upholding high service standards and team values Our client is seeking a candidate to provide five-star service to their Spanish-speaking clients. This is a fully remote, contract position; however, candidates must be local to one of the five locations listed above. The role pays up to $18.90 per hour.
