Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education according to the physician's plan of treatment
Administer a wide range of infusion treatments in patients' homes
Utilize your clinical IV experience and personal touch to help patients recover in the comfort of their own homes
Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities using Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of New York
Minimum one year of nursing experience with at least one year of infusion/IV experience
Current CPR certification
Valid driver's license and car insurance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Home healthcare experience
CRNI certification
