Remote Telephonic Triage RN - Weekend Availability
We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Telephonic Triage Nurse to join our team at Galileo, a pioneering medical practice dedicated to transforming healthcare. As a Telephonic Triage RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to address clinical concerns.
Job Highlights:
Competitive salary: $46/hr standard rate, $55/hr premium rate
Immediate start date available
Remote work arrangement with weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays)

Responsibilities:
Triage and provide clinical support for incoming patient communications
Conduct phone assessments of clinical symptoms to determine the best path of care
Collaborate with clinical care teams to provide excellent patient care and develop processes for urgent care and virtual triage
Requirements:
Licensed RN with 2+ years of experience in clinical triage
Compact state licensure
Excellent knowledge of chronic disease states, complex medical conditions, and clinical phone assessments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience working in high-acuity clinical environments (e.g., ED, ICU) and with multidisciplinary care teams
Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus)
Experience in geriatrics (a plus)
