Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound telesales calls to warm prospective clients to secure paid-for online consultations within the U.S. immigration marketplace
• Build and maintain strong relationships, delivering exceptional customer service and instilling client confidence
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Accurately record all client interactions and progress using Microsoft 365, CRM, and DialPad systems
• Manage multiple leads and tasks effectively while remaining detail-oriented and professional
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven success in telesales, outbound sales, or client acquisition
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient in achieving results
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with accountability
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred to best support our diverse client base
• Must be based in Miami
