Remote Telemarketer – Home Improvement Leads | 1+ Yr Experience Required
The State Property Organization is hiring experienced telemarketers to help drive our success in the home improvement industry. We specialize in connecting homeowners with high-quality services for renovations, remodeling, and repairs — and we’re looking for sharp, persuasive phone pros who know how to qualify leads and start real conversations.
This is a remote position for candidates with at least 1 year of phone sales or outbound telemarketing experience, preferably in home improvement, solar, roofing, or real estate.

Position Overview:
• Role: Remote Telemarketer (Home Improvement Focus)
• Pay: $20/hr + 2% commission on all closed deals
• Type: Remote – work from home
• Location: U.S. based only
• Schedule: Flexible hours (part-time & full-time available)
• Start: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to homeowners from a provided lead list
• Pitch home improvement services (renovations, repairs, etc.)
• Identify interest, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up calls or estimates
• Accurately log call results and customer details in CRM
• Represent The State Property Organization with professionalism and product knowledge
You Must Have:
• 1+ year of experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or phone-based sales
• Bonus if you have experience in home improvement, roofing, windows, solar, HVAC, or real estate
• Excellent phone presence, communication skills, and closing instincts
• Reliable internet, headset, and a quiet space to work
• Ability to work independently and hit weekly lead quotas
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
