- Educate patients on health management, self-care practices, and treatment plans
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate and updated electronic health records
- Participate in training and professional development activities to stay current with telehealth practices and regulations
- Adhere to patient confidentiality and privacy guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in telehealth or remote patient care
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
