[Remote] Technical Project Growth Manager | $45/hr Remote

Crossing Hurdles is looking for a Technical Project Manager for Growth to design and scale outbound sourcing pipelines for AI training projects. The role involves overseeing the vetting of technical profiles, managing metrics, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Responsibilities • Design and scale outbound sourcing pipelines to engage domain experts for AI training projects • Oversee structured vetting of technical profiles using AI interviewer signals, resumes, GitHub, publications, and custom rubrics • Own funnel-level metrics (sourcing → response → interview → assessment → placement) and drive data-backed improvements • Build and maintain dashboards; run A/B tests to improve conversion and time-to-fill • Manage end-to-end assessment strategy with repeatable, auditable processes • Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, timely project outcomes • Onboard experts, set expectations, and align deliverables with client success criteria • Improve processes through automation and operational efficiencies Skills • Technical background (CS, data science, engineering) or equivalent experience • Experience in research, consulting, data science, or analytically driven business roles • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; bonus for SQL/BI tools; basic scripting (Python) a plus • Experience vetting technical profiles and managing structured assessments • Strong written and verbal communication in English • Data-driven decision-making, critical thinking, and attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; self-starter mindset Company Overview • At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
