Operating and monitoring technical systems using a predefined playbook for remote camera surveillance
Performing routine health checks of systems and reporting findings based on a provided checklist
Managing and responding to technical issues as they arise, ensuring systems remain operational
Documenting and reporting any discrepancies or issues identified during monitoring
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of technical systems and operations
Previous experience in a technical role is preferred but not required
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Reliable internet and power to ensure consistent system monitoring
Willingness to work night shifts and cover the required hours with the other team member
