They are seeking a Technical Account Manager to manage the technical health of client accounts, solve technical problems, and ensure smooth digital operations. Responsibilities Performing copy changes, small code additions, and routine maintenance Handling plugin updates and managing Google Analytics/Tag Manager integrations Managing website transfers and DNS updates to ensure smooth transitions Setting up Google Search Console and optimizing Google Business Profiles Acting as the go-to person for miscellaneous technical hurdles and "quick fixes" that arise for our clients Monitor and ensure website tasks are completed on time and in a correct fashion Skills Ability to manage the technical health of client accounts Perform copy changes, small code additions, and routine maintenance Handle plugin updates and manage Google Analytics/Tag Manager integrations Manage website transfers and DNS updates Set up Google Search Console and optimize Google Business Profiles Troubleshoot technical hurdles and provide quick fixes Monitor and ensure website tasks are completed on time and correctly Natural affinity for how the web works Enjoy solving technical issues logically Take pride in professional, clean implementation Eager to learn and ready to dive into new tools and platforms Recent college graduate or someone early in their technical career HTML/CSS basics, hosting, or CMS exposure Benefits Comprehensive Training Hands-on Experience Focused Work PTO : 11 Paid Federal Holidays + 2 weeks PTO in your first year.
