[Remote] Technical Account Consultant (Mergers & Acquisitions)

The Technical Account Consultant will act as a project manager for customers, ensuring effective use of Rippling's services and driving customer adoption through personalized support and guidance. Responsibilities • Project Manage - Work with a variety of teams internally and externally to execute on each project engagement and help customers optimize their use of Rippling • Drive adoption - Drive customer adoption of key features and consult with them on best practices to incorporate Rippling into their HR, IT, payroll, and benefits workflows • Become a product expert - You'll be a go-to resource for both customers and coworkers by your 90th day at Rippling • Offer white-glove service - Ensure customers feel supported and engaged through attentive, personalized guidance and product enablement Skills • 3+ years of SaaS experience in customer success, consulting, implementation, or support • Familiarity with other IT products such as Google and Azure • Passion for helping customers and colleagues • Ruthless prioritization and time management • Master project/task manager – you never drop the ball • Ability to explain complex scenarios in simple, clear written or verbal communications • Interest in actively working with product and engineering teams • Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex, interdependent problems • 2+ years of IT-related experience with managing/enabling MDM, Identity Management Solutions, or other IT related solutions Company Overview • Rippling is a workforce management platform that unifies HR, IT, and finance operations into a single system.
