Remote Team Lead - Aetna Operations
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead to join our remote team, responsible for the day-to-day administration of staff to ensure the effective fulfillment of Aetna's post-service requests. As a Team Lead, you will be accountable for building and maintaining high-performing teams, driving customer-centric responses to requests, and ensuring the achievement of financial, operational, and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the efficient and effective handling of Aetna's requests, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members
Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, efficiency, and quality, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes and process improvements
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality standards, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism
Requirements:
Proven experience in team leadership, operations management, or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving results and driving team performance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Knowledge of Aetna's operations, policies, and procedures, or similar experience in the healthcare industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality
