Key Responsibilities

Ā• Collaborate effectively with fellow educators, staff, and families to ensure optimal student success.
Ā• Utilize technology competently within a remote learning framework.
Required Skills
Ā• Proficient understanding of educational best practices for students with hearing impairments.
Ā• Ability to craft and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Ā• Strong competence in using technology for remote instruction.
Ā• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ā• Commitment to creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
Qualifications
Ā• Master's Degree in Teaching for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH).
Ā• Valid California Teaching Certification.
Ā• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Ā• Experience in virtual teaching is advantageous, though not mandatory.
