Refund Royale is hiring seasonal remote tax preparers for the 2026 Tax Season! No experience required — we provide training, software, guidance, and clients. We are a rapidly growing tax company looking for motivated individuals who want to earn $3,000–$10,000+ during tax season working from home. Responsibilities Assist clients in completing their tax return (W-2, CTC, EIC, Schedule C, etc.) Use our secure software to file federal & state returns Maintain communication with clients Follow Refund Royale’s due diligence checklist Attend 1–2 weekly team meetings (virtual) Promote your unique referral link for extra bonuses What We Provide Full training (Tax basics, W-2, Schedule C, 1099, Due Diligence) Refund Royale software access Client intake forms & templates Marketing materials Team lead support Flexible hours (work anytime between 8AM–10PM) Weekly payout opportunities Requirements • Must be 18+ • Smartphone or laptop • Reliable WiFi • Good communication skills • Willing to learn • PTIN required (we help you get it) Pay Structure This is a 1099 commission-based role. You earn: • 60%-80% of each tax return depending on experience & performance • Bonuses for high performers • $100–$1,500 Referral bonuses Top preparers make $50k-$100k+ each season.
