Whether you’re experienced or brand new to tax preparation, we provide full training and tools to help you succeed. Work remotely, set your own schedule, and build a career in financial services with ongoing support. Some of our new tax pros made between to $20k- $100k in one tax season with no experience due to our proven systems and coaching. Responsibilities • Accurately prepare and file federal and state income tax returns for individuals and small businesses • Review financial records (W-2s, 1099s, etc.) and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations • Identify tax credits, deductions, and opportunities to maximize refunds for clients • Communicate with clients to gather necessary documents and answer questions • Maintain organized, confidential client records • Stay updated on changes in tax law and IRS requirements What We Offer • Professional training – no prior tax experience required • Mentorship and resources – done-for-you flyers, client tools, and ongoing support • Flexible schedule – work from home, part-time or full-time • Growth potential – gain financial industry experience with advancement opportunities • Compensation – performance-based pay structure Location Remote (U.S. based only) Requirements • Communication and customer service skills • Basic computer skills • Willingness to complete company-provided training before serving clients • 60/40 revenue split so you keep more money in your pocket.
