Job Summary We are hiring motivated individuals to join our remote tax preparation team for the upcoming tax season. This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants flexible hours, high earning potential, and real support while building their skills. Clients will NOT be given to you. You will need to market through your social media to attract clients. I will be given you marketing resources so you can potential clientele. You will me under my mentorship program where I will guide you through the whole entire tax season. Compensation for this position will not start until your clients get their tax refunds deposited to their bank accounts. Responsibilities • Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their tax situations. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and financial concepts. • Assist clients with bookkeeping tasks as needed, ensuring accurate record-keeping. • Collaborate with team members to enhance marketing strategies for attracting new clients. • Use our beginner-friendly tax software Experience • You DO NOT need prior tax experience. Training, software, and mentorship are provided.
