The role involves maintaining customer confidentiality while providing tax-related assistance and utilizing video communication tools to interact with clients professionally. Responsibilities • Maintain sensitive customer, confidential and/or proprietary business information in a responsible, reliable, and safe manner • You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language • This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will use our state of the art video communication software to interact with customers in a responsible, reliable and safe manner, and you will document interactions to maintain accurate records • Interact with customers and team members in a professional manner Skills • Active PTIN • Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software • Excellent customer service skills • Possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds • Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection that meets Security criteria • Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days Benefits • Discretionary bonuses Company Overview • Vaco is the Talent Solutions division of Highspring, a leading global professional services organization.It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee, US, with a workforce of 5001-10000 employees.
