[Remote] Talent Sourcer, AI & Growth
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Human Agency is a rapidly growing company focused on hiring exceptional talent across various disciplines. The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for identifying and engaging top practitioners in AI consulting and related fields, building talent pipelines, and representing the company to attract high performers.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Build talent pipelines for critical hires across strategy, engineering, product, and design ā focusing on candidates from top consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture, Deloitte), AI-native companies, and competitive AI consultancies
ā¢ Source proactively from top university alumni networks ā you know how to identify recent grads and young professionals from Stanford, MIT, Carnegie Mellon, Harvard, and other institutions that produce exceptional talent
ā¢ Qualify candidates rigorously before they meet hiring managers ā you understand what great looks like in consulting and can assess whether someone has the presence, judgment, and technical chops to succeed in client-facing AI work
ā¢ Craft outreach that actually works ā your messages are personalized, compelling, and respectful of someone's time. You don't spam. You research, you tailor, and you make people curious
ā¢ Partner with leadership to refine role requirements and ideal candidate profiles ā you ask the right questions to understand what we really need, not just what's written in a job description
ā¢ Track, measure, and improve sourcing performance ā you know your numbers, you optimize your approach, and you can articulate what's working and what's not
Skills
ā¢ 3+ years of sourcing experience, ideally in consulting, technology, or professional services ā you've hunted for hard-to-find talent before and know what it takes to engage passive candidates
ā¢ Deep familiarity with the consulting landscape and competitive AI firms ā you know the players, the culture, and what makes someone leave McKinsey for a startup or boutique consultancy
ā¢ Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Boolean search, GitHub, academic networks, professional communities) ā you know how to find people who aren't looking and don't advertise their availability
ā¢ Strong ability to assess talent quickly ā you can read between the lines of a resume, ask the right questions in a 15-minute screen, and determine whether someone has the presence and judgment to represent Human Agency in front of clients
ā¢ Comfort operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment where hiring needs shift quickly and roles aren't always perfectly defined when you start sourcing
