[Remote] Talent Acquisition & Community Outreach Coordinator

Amigo Care ABA is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition & Community Outreach Coordinator to support their growing team. This role combines recruiting and community outreach to build strong pipelines of both candidates and referral partners, playing a key role in expanding the company's presence in the community.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers)Source candidates through job boards, referrals, outreach, and networkingConduct initial screenings and present candidates to hiring managersEnsure a positive and responsive candidate experienceMaintain accurate candidate tracking and recruiting documentationBuild relationships with schools, clinics, and community organizationsRepresent Amigo Care ABA at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunitiesDevelop referral partnerships that support both hiring and client growthCoordinate outreach events and informational sessionsBuild and maintain pipelines of candidates and referral sourcesTrack recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, source effectiveness)Monitor outreach activity and referral sourcesSupport hiring logistics and schedulingHelp develop and improve recruiting and outreach processesSkills1–3 years of experience in recruiting, outreach, HR, or coordination rolesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable using Google Workspace, ATS systems, and sourcing toolsWillingness to attend events and engage with the communityExperience in ABA, healthcare, or service-based organizationsExperience with campus recruiting or community partnershipsBenefits401k + Matching100% Employer Paid Telehealth/mental health appSick and Safe time (Accrual begins day 1)Medical/Dental/Vision- Available for FT employeesShort Term Disability- Available for FT EmployeesCompany OverviewAt Amigo Care, we focus on what truly matters: caring for our clients and our employees.
