[Remote] Tableau Next Analytics Consultant/ SME 4994

Tier4 Group is a leading organization undergoing a transformation of its analytics platform, seeking an experienced Tableau Next Analytics Architect. The role involves leading the migration from Salesforce CRM Analytics to Tableau Next, designing analytics architecture, and establishing governance standards for scalable enterprise-wide analytics.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead the migration of analytics assets from Salesforce CRM Analytics to Tableau Next
ā¢ Design and implement Tableau Next workspace architecture to support scalable collaboration and governance
ā¢ Build and maintain semantic models that translate raw datasets into reusable, business-friendly analytics assets
ā¢ Define and standardize key metrics and KPIs to ensure consistent interpretation across teams
ā¢ Refactor legacy CRM Analytics logic into modern Tableau semantic models and governed data assets
ā¢ Partner with business stakeholders to validate metrics, definitions, and reporting outcomes during migration
ā¢ Establish best practices for analytics governance, asset reuse, and workspace management
ā¢ Enable self-service analytics by building trusted semantic layers that reduce downstream data preparation
ā¢ Guide analysts and developers on how to effectively use Tableau Next workspaces, models, and metrics
Skills
ā¢ Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Cloud and Tableau Next
ā¢ Experience designing semantic models and governed analytics layers
ā¢ Experience migrating or modernizing enterprise BI or analytics platforms
ā¢ Familiarity with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) environments and migration considerations
ā¢ Ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytics architecture and reusable data models
ā¢ Experience defining and governing enterprise metrics and KPIs
ā¢ Strong communication skills and ability to partner with both technical and business stakeholders
ā¢ Experience designing domain-based semantic models
ā¢ Experience implementing analytics governance frameworks
ā¢ Exposure to AI-powered or conversational analytics environments
