The role involves taking ownership of the existing product roadmap and driving growth through innovation and team leadership. Responsibilities • Take over an existing PM & Design team • Validate existing roadmap • Lead a suite of products generating $25M-$50M ARR • Conduct competitor analysis • Innovate in established products using the latest AI tech • Drive growth in a B2B SaaS company • Strike a balance between building for SMBs and satisfying Enterprise customers' needs Skills • 10+ years of experience in product management • Exceptional PM leadership experience (knows how to get the best out of a team and build the right team to help the business grow) and has built and led teams for the last 5 years or so • Who can take ownership and validate their existing roadmap • Experience leading a suite of products generating $25M-$50M ARR • Strong experience conducting competitor analysis (they are the market leader and want to continue to stay ahead of their competition) • A proven track record of successfully innovating in established products (using the latest AI tech), Workflow Automation, and driving growth in a B2B SaaS Co • Someone with experience in striking a balance between building for SMBs and satisfying Enterprise customers' needs Benefits • 20-30% bonus • Equity Company Overview • Producto is a specialist Product Management recruitment partner, supporting companies and candidates across the USA.
