Remote Support Technician/Entry Level IT
Support Technicians We are looking for System Support Agents to train to provide technical assistance to our telecom clients. We will train you to train on, configure, and troubleshoot VoIP phone systems. If youre computer-savvy and are looking to start your IT career track, wed like to meet you. To succeed in this role, you should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to follow technical instructions. You should be familiar with remote troubleshooting techniques. Ultimately, you will ensure prompt and accurate customer service and increase client satisfaction.

Requirements:
o High school diploma or GED certificate
o Reliable home office set up, we do not supply equipment
