As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Support Officer will be responsible for providing remote assistance and support to clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a confident and passionate personality.
Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients and partners - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions - Respond to inquiries and provide guidance on products and services - Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service - Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
