[Remote] Supply Chain (SCM) Implementation Consultant, Senior Consultant (Healthcare Industry)

They are seeking a Supply Chain (SCM) Implementation Senior Consultant to ensure the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions specifically within the Healthcare vertical, providing expertise in configuring and testing to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Act as domain specialist of the complete supply chain life cycle including, Procurement, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management
Skills
ā¢ 5+ years of functional experience in Spend Management for medium to large healthcare enterprise customers
ā¢ Ability to lead design sessions and configure systems to meet customer requirements on concurrent project
ā¢ 5+ years experience with Supply Chain applications such as Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Lawson, McKesson, Meditech or similar
ā¢ 5+ years Consulting experience
ā¢ Understanding of different inventory valuation methods including FIFO, Standard and Average Cost with a comprehension of basic financial transactions
ā¢ Understanding of Replenishment including, Reorder Points, Min/Max, Lean Replenishment (Kanban) and Par Replenishment
ā¢ Understanding the full life cycle of contracts management including strategic sourcing or request for proposals to contracts
ā¢ Understanding end-to-end Procure to Pay process including 1099 and other taxable reporting requirements
ā¢ Experience implementing various technologies including EDI (850, 855, 856, and 810) and Punchout
ā¢ A comprehensive understanding of Warehouse Management including Cycle Counts, Put Away and Picking
ā¢ Experienced in Lot and Serial Tracking
ā¢ Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant working experience
ā¢ Ability to travel up to 50%
ā¢ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are a must, including active listening and the ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences
ā¢ Strong industry knowledge is essential, including staying abreast of current trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments to contribute to strategic planning, risk management, and identifying new opportunities
