As a Supply Chain Procurement Specialist – Level 2, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring commodities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and collaborating with different teams to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities
• Source and procure various commodities throughout multiple programs – Initiate Requests for Quotation, analyzing Supplier proposals, perform price analysis, and negotiations
• Ensure compliance with all public law requirements (FAR and DFARS) as well as company (and business) policies and procedures including import/export regulations
• Review, reconcile and approve supplier invoices
• Interface and collaborate with Programs and other organizations within and outside of Global Supply Chain
• Plan, schedule and arrange activities to accomplish objectives

Skills
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in Global Supply Chain, Purchasing/ Procurement, Operations – OR – Master's degree; in lieu of degree an additional 4+ years of experience will be considered
• Experience with SAP ERP system
• Experience in MS Office suite
• Experience within the Aerospace or Aviation Industry is preferred
• Experience with FAR/DFAR
• Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, basic formulas and V-look ups
• Written and verbal communication skills and be extremely organized, as well as being an Excel power user
