Key Responsibilities

Ā Master inventory management by predicting needs, overseeing stock levels, and maintaining organization.
Ā Negotiate favorable terms with vendors to achieve best pricing and punctual deliveries.
Ā Employ advanced software tools to monitor inventory and refine operational processes.
Ā Collaborate with diverse teams including engineering and customer service to synchronize efforts.
Ā Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills
Ā Minimum of 3 years' experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or materials management.
Ā At least 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a high-paced environment.
Ā Proficiency in software such as ERP systems, CMMS, or inventory management tools.
Ā Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to foster cross-team collaboration.
Ā Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace.
Qualifications
Ā Experience in manufacturing, food production, automotive, aerospace, or heavy equipment is advantageous.
Ā Familiarity with international shipping and customs regulations is a plus.
Ā Understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies such as 5S, Six Sigma, and Kaizen is beneficial.
Ā Valid forklift operator certification is preferred.
