Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations to guarantee a welcoming and vibrant camp atmosphere for campers, staff, and families. Collaborate with teams to ensure well-maintained facilities and organized spaces for an optimal camp experience.
• Inspire and lead a team of 15-30 staff members, depending on the camp size. Maintain compliance with organizational policies and cultivate a positive work environment through expert coaching and support.
• Foster strong relationships with parents and camper families, regularly communicating to share experiences, address concerns, and promote a collaborative community atmosphere. Participate in local events to engage with potential camper families during the pre-camp season.

Qualifications
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in K-8 education or equivalent coursework combined with relevant work experience.
• At least 1 year of management experience, demonstrating a capacity to coach and lead a successful team.
• Availability for part-time remote work in February 2025 and full-time on-site work commencing in June 2025.
• A valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) and Mandatory Reporter Certification.

Compensation And Benefits
• Weekly Salary: $1,350 per week, based on experience and location.
• Training & Camp Preparation Rate: $21 per hour for pre-camp training and preparation.
• Bonus Opportunities: $1 per camper enrollment, with additional commission for "add-on weeks."
