What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive information and support during the new student enrollment process
- Develop financial plans and timelines for applicants
- Monitor student accounts and provide guidance on financial eligibility
- Identify and overcome academic and financial obstacles with students
- Utilize data and systems to track enrollment and graduation information accurately
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or advising experience in an education setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database software systems
- Access and maintain NSLDS system without defaulting on Title IV Federal aid
- Reliable home office environment with internet speeds that meet the minimum requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in higher education and Title IV funding
- Knowledge and experience with online learning
- Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
- Desire to earn a Bachelor's degree through tuition benefit program
