[Remote] Structured Finance Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Taskify AI is seeking an experienced finance professional to join their customer’s AI team as a Structured Finance – AI Trainer. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in structured finance to seed, curate, and annotate complex financial datasets, contributing to the development of advanced AI capabilities in finance. Responsibilities • Seed and curate diverse finance datasets, including messy spreadsheets, partial models, and ambiguous financial artifacts • Collaborate with AI teams to design and refine training workflows, iteratively adapting structure as project needs evolve • Provide expert feedback on the normalization, reconstruction, and interpretation of structured finance data by AI models • Develop and implement data labeling strategies and guidelines for structured finance projects • Work closely with other finance-adjacent contributors to ensure data quality, relevance, and accuracy • Communicate insights and updates clearly in both written and verbal formats within a remote, geographically distributed team • Promote best practices in seeding, annotation, and iterative structuring of AI training data Skills • Strong background in structured finance or closely related finance domains • Proven ability to handle messy, incomplete, or ambiguous real-world finance datasets and models • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and detail • Familiarity with data seeding, labeling, or annotation processes in AI or machine learning projects • Comfort working with spreadsheets, financial artifacts, and diverse data formats • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in dynamic, unstructured, or evolving project environments • Experience collaborating with remote, distributed teams across multiple geographies • Prior involvement in AI model training, data annotation, or machine learning projects in finance • Background in financial modeling or finance data engineering • Experience with broad/messy data seeding and iterative structure-building for AI training Company Overview • While our platform provides the intelligence, our Staffing & Placement team provides the results.
