Responsibilities • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to client stakeholders on best practices in revenue cycle management and process improvement • Designer and lead executor of data analytics. You conceive new data analysis methods, coach colleagues on method and execution, draw insights from complex datasets and create strategic narratives for senior management teams • Prioritize client relationships to help effectively guide hospitals towards effective outcomes • Have a growth mindset and are prepared to expand and develop your talents with this rapidly growing team Skills • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree • Authorized to work in the US • Experienced consultant leader that uses their deep understanding of front, back, and middle revenue cycle to develop strategies to solve complex operational problems • Experience in processes and financial performance improvements in revenue cycle operations.
