[Remote] Strategic Growth Executive

The Strategic Growth Executive will drive the company's growth by developing and closing partnerships with leading health systems and academic medical centers, while managing the enterprise sales process end-to-end. Responsibilities • Own the enterprise sales process end-to-end: prospecting, conducting discovery calls, delivering compelling product demos, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and closing contracts • Build meaningful relationships with decision-makers and champions, aligning with their goals to drive buy-in and ensure deal success • Communicate Ambience’s value and ROI effectively to both clinical and non-clinical executives, adapting your messaging to diverse audiences • Leverage marketing resources and strategies to accelerate account progress, including tradeshows, events, and targeted campaigns • Partner with founders and leadership to secure impactful, high-value partnerships Skills • 10+ years of experience successfully selling enterprise software to CXO-level healthcare executives at large health systems • Familiarity with the provider-facing technology landscape, particularly in areas such as medical scribing, clinical workflows, or hospital operations • Ability to navigate complex decision-making units, influencing stakeholders across different roles and priorities • Thrives in dynamic environments, balancing high levels of complexity and ambiguity to achieve results • Resourceful, proactive, and adept at driving significant outcomes within startup-level constraints • Collaborative team player with a low-ego approach, valuing the best ideas regardless of their origin • Willing and excited to travel up to 50%-70% of the time to build relationships and close deals • Contributes to a supportive and positive team culture, fostering collaboration and shared success Benefits • Health, dental, and vision coverage • Quarterly retreats • Unlimited PTO • 401(k) plan Company Overview • Ambience Healthcare develops an AI operating system used for documentation, coding, and clinical workflows in healthcare organizations.It was founded in 2020, and is headquartered in San Francisco, California, USA, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
