Energy Guard is seeking a Strategic Account Manager – Fleet Development to expand their fleet customer base through direct outreach and relationship building. The role involves prospecting, account management, and collaboration with sales team members to achieve sales goals.ResponsibilitiesProspect and qualify new fleet and dealer leads through research, cold calling, email outreach, and industry eventsConduct introductory presentations and product demos (in person or virtual)Follow up on leads from Michelin and partner channelsMaintain a disciplined cadence of activity (calls, meetings, emails) logged in CRMSupport other account managers in managing active fleets and dealer relationshipsCoordinate quoting, order entry, and follow-up with internal operationsTrack open opportunities and ensure timely customer responsesAchieve quarterly sales and activity goals as defined in Energy Guard’s Sales KPI frameworkBuild proficiency in Energy Guard’s aerodynamic solutions and communicate product benefits clearlyContribute to regional marketing efforts (e.g., trade shows, ride-alongs, product demos)Partner with operations, supply chain, and customer success teams to address customer needs and drive operational efficiencyContribute to process improvements that enhance overall sales performance and scalabilityGather and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product development and strategic planningProvide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making and long-term planningEnsure all customer interactions, agreements, and transactions are well-documented and align with company policies and regulatory standardsOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fieldInternship or 0–2 years in sales, account management, or customer-facing roleProficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM tools (Odoo preferred)Strong organizational and follow-up disciplineA successful candidate will be action-oriented and energized by making positive connections with othersUp to 50% travelBenefitsBenefits, including but not limited to dental, vision, and medical with employer contributionsRetirement programs, including a Pension Plan and 401(k) Plan with employer matchTuition ReimbursementPaid holidays and vacationAnd more!Company OverviewAt Energy Guard™, we help fleets boost efficiency with innovative aerodynamic solutions.
