[Remote] Stonebranch UAC Admin

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Raas Infotek is seeking an experienced Administrator for Stonebranch Universal Automation Center (UAC) to manage and maintain the existing environment. The role involves collaborating with teams to ensure project progress and quality while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities • Good knowledge of IT environments • Familiarity with cloud, on-prem infrastructure, or DevOps concepts is recommended • Universal Automation Center Administrator with hands-on experience and Automation Center for Operators knowledge • Workflow and Task Designing • Agents, Connections, and Integrations management • User Management • Maintaining Monitoring, Forecasting, Backup/restoration and Reporting • Lifecycle Management and Administration for app • Create, assign, and remove Business Services to and from UAC objects • Building Universal Extensions (Advanced/Optional) • Using Stonebranch SDK and VS Code Plug-in • Develop and Debug Universal Extensions Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Stonebranch UAC Admin. • Strong knowledge of SB-UAC-BA-6.4-Automation Center Basics for Developers. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to lead and facilitate Teams collaboratively. • General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying. • Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). • SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
