[Remote] Staff Professional Services Consultant (SIEM)

SentinelOne is redefining cybersecurity with AI-powered innovation and is seeking a seasoned SIEM expert to lead post-sales engagements focused on their AI-powered SIEM product family. The role involves delivering implementation and advisory services, guiding customers through the end-to-end implementation, and ensuring tailored deployments that align with customer goals. Responsibilities • Deliver implementation, enablement, and advisory services for SentinelOne AI SIEM and related technologies • Consult with Customers to build collaborative architecture, success criteria, and project plans for implementation customized to their business objectives • Possess a basic understanding of FedRAMP and the ability to deliver solutions in these environments • Work with Customers as a trusted advisor, helping guide them on ongoing security best practices, platform management, and product usage; identify and suggest new opportunities for applying the technology • Empower customers to take on the next wave of questions on their own • Collaborate with Service Delivery Partners, enabling them to provide the same level of service to our Customers • Represent and advocate for Customer needs/issues cross-departmentally • Continuously improve methodologies, deliverables, and processes to create an unparalleled Customer Experience • Contribute to internal best practices and HOWTO documentation Skills • US citizenship required due to Federal & FedRAMP regulations • Experience in a Professional Services Engineer/Implementation Engineer role or related field services (pre-sales, customer success, etc.) • Customer-centric approach; enjoy working with Customers and establishing strong relationships • Adept at managing Customer expectations resulting in high customer satisfaction • Project management skills, including coordinating resources within and outside of the company • Strong background with SIEM (Splunk, Devo, Qradar, Exabeam, etc.), big data platforms (Cassandra, Hadoop, etc.), data lakes (Snowflake, DataBricks), streaming analytics (Kafka), and/or log management (ElasticSearch, SumoLogic, etc.) • Exposure to SOAR platforms (Cortex, Swimlane, Torq, etc.) • Some code writing proficiency is desired (C/C++, Bash, Perl, and/or Python, etc.) • Experience with RegEx and writing parsers • Background in cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google) and technologies such as Kubernetes • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills • Experience in communicating with Customers from diverse cultures • Detail-oriented and analytical • Strong team player but still a self-starter • Thrives in a multitasking environment and can adjust priorities on the fly • Ability to travel to visit prospects, customers, and partners on occasion (no more than 25% and as required) • Spanish fluency is highly valued but not required • Portuguese proficiency is a plus • Possess a basic understanding of FedRAMP and the ability to deliver solutions in these environments Benefits • Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(k), Commuter, Health and Dependent FSA • Unlimited PTO • Industry-leading gender-neutral parental leave • Paid Company Holidays • Paid Sick Time • Employee stock purchase program • Disability and life insurance • Employee assistance program • Gym membership reimbursement • Cell phone reimbursement • Numerous company-sponsored events, including regular happy hours and team-building events Company Overview • SentinelOne is an autonomous cybersecurity solution company.
