Key Responsibilities
Ā Prepare and compile financial statements by analyzing data from clients and accounting systems.
Ā Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate recording of assets, liabilities, expenses, and sales.
Ā Accurately input transactions including inventory, banking activities, paid outs, and petty cash into accounting systems.
Ā Provide technical support by troubleshooting accounting software-related issues.
Ā Manage cash flow tools for clients, ensuring timely updates and maintenance.
Ā Prepare, audit, and file various tax forms, including business license renewals and quarterly filings.
Ā Address client inquiries regarding financial reports and clarify any discrepancies as needed.
Ā Assist with special projects initiated by leadership aimed at improving financial operations.

Ā Experience in the restaurant industry (front-of-house, back-of-house, or management) is required.
Ā Consideration will be given to candidates with over 5 years of accounting experience without a degree.
