Job Description
As a Sr. Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting requirements analysis to deliver high-quality solutions in our Customer Salesforce Program. You will provide consultative services, products, and analysis resources for Southwest's Customer use cases of Salesforce, working closely with teams in Customer Service and Support, Customer Experience and Loyalty, Digital, and various Technology partners. Your expertise will ensure that solutions are aligned with stated requirements and adhere to departmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
Apply knowledge and skills of analysis, business processes, tools, domains, project methodologies, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of problems
Collaborate with other Technology Colleagues to provide guidance or solutions within their area of expertise
Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems and seek out and capitalize on opportunities to achieve more or to improve
Estimate effort and value for solutions
Apply business solutions with broad-level knowledge of technology platforms/models
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and technical expertise
Relevant experience in Salesforce technology (specifically Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Einstein) is highly preferred
Advanced knowledge of technical environments
Advanced knowledge of software development approaches
Skilled in excellent partnering, communication, and negotiation in working with different Teams and/or external partners
Ability to analyze large, complex, or unknown Business or technical problems, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into practical solution proposals
Education and Experience
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems or related field; or equivalent traditional training
Required: Advanced experience, trained and concentrated knowledge in information technology (IT) operations, software, systems/programming development, or another IT-related field
