[Remote] Sr Technical Program Manager - Infrastructure Operations (5-8 yrs exp)

Responsibilities
ā¢ Ability to obtain & maintain a Federal Security Clearance, which requires US Citizenship required (Current Clearance Highly Preferred)
ā¢ 5-7 years of experience in project management
ā¢ Drive projects/programs, processes and procedures that monitor and support the customer business objectives
ā¢ Influence partner teams without direct authority to ensure business needs and goals are met
ā¢ Manage roadmaps among cross-functional teams as well as interrelated and independent application and / or infrastructure changes; track and report on program achievements
ā¢ Drive execution for on-time, on-scope delivery of user and developer facing features
ā¢ Ensure high standards and consistency for the Oracle customer experience
ā¢ Recommend process improvements and serve as a partner concern point for all issues and questions associated with a project/program
ā¢ Ensure that resource requirements needed to support a particular project/program are in place
ā¢ Provide ongoing written and verbal release status updates to senior leadership. Influence partner teams without direct authority to ensure business needs and goals are met
ā¢ Solid grasp of the business side of technology with an understanding and zeal for metrics/analysis to deliver on business objectives
ā¢ Strong JIRA, Confluence and Excel skills
ā¢ Own client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and program success
ā¢ Establish, track, and report on measurable KPIs, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed defined SLA/SLO commitments
ā¢ Participate in after hours and weekend on-call rotations, joining bridge calls as needed
