[Remote] Sr. Project Manager - Packaging, EU and CEE

IntePros is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the Packaging and Packaging Waste Reduction (PPWR) project for their clients' EU CE Marked products. This role involves managing the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with EU regulations, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet project objectives. Responsibilities • Lead and manage the PPWR project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with EU packaging and packaging waste reduction requirements. • Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, timelines, deliverables, and key milestones. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within scope, budget, and schedule. • Identify risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate when necessary. • Track progress and provide clear, structured status updates to stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with EU CE marking requirements related to packaging standards. • Drive continuous improvement and proactively identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation. Skills • Proven project management experience, ideally with regulatory or compliance-driven projects. • Strong knowledge and hands-on use of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working with EU regulations or CE Marked products preferred.
