[Remote] Sr Project Manager, Analytics u0026 Business Ops

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager for Analytics and Business Operations to support the Analytics team and facilitate operations across various departments, ensuring project goals are met in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Provide specialized support to the Analytics for Applications team and support business operations for cross-functional partners • Work closely with the Analytics team in shipping large, multifunctional business data analytics and data service projects • Facilitate operations between business, product, technology, marketing, legal, operations, engineering, and finance • Support analytics, business, and product goals, using expert skills to implement processes and improve operations and communications • Lead day-to-day progress of tasks and results, coordinate with cross-functional partners to clarify priorities and expectations for sprint and roadmap planning • Drive teams to meet commitments based on plans • Wrangle and lead executive meetings for which Analytics is a key contributor • Identify key workstreams or processes that Analytics should be involved in and partner with Engineering Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure proper representation • Serve as the liaison for the Analytics and Business teams and negotiate with partners across the organization to align schedules and resources • Foresee and manage risks and dependencies for the Analytics for Applications and Business teams, ensuring roadblocks are removed and all open issues are resolved • Thrive in an ambiguous environment and facilitate actions and resolving conflicts • Utilize experience with instrumentation, analytics, data governance, and experimentation to drive results Skills • 6+ years Business Operations, Planning, or Project Management experience; demonstrating increasing levels of operational responsibilities • Experience working with instrumentation, analytics, data governance, and experimentation platforms • Bachelor's degree required in Project Management, Business Administration, Communication, or Engineering fields, or a related subject area, or we may consider an equivalent industry experience • Experience understanding subscription businesses, financials, marketing and / or business development a plus • You have outstanding organizational and presentation skills • You are a pro at driving partnerships with internal teams and building relationships with external partners • You have a solid track record of leading multiple complex, cross-functional projects • You demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive issues to completion • You are comfortable in ambiguous situations and can brainstorm solutions in high pressure situations • You have executive presence and are comfortable speaking and presenting to leadership • You understand technical issues at a sufficiently deep level to identify gaps • You are familiar with metrics, operations, and the complete software product lifecycle • You have an eye towards strategy and can provide input to help drive meetings forward • You should be able to anticipate and resolve problems while staying the course on overall business and project priorities Benefits • Comprehensive medical and dental coverage • Retirement benefits • A range of discounted products and free services • Reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition • Discretionary bonuses or commission payments • Relocation Company Overview • Apple is a technology company that designs, manufactures, and markets consumer electronics, personal computers, and software.
