Responsibilities
ā¢ Help shape and advance the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Databricks Free Edition, contributing to experiences that make learning data and AI engaging and accessible
ā¢ Collaborate with design, engineering, and education teams to deliver intuitive, hands-on learning journeys within Databricks
ā¢ Work with academic and learning program partners to support data and AI education through Databricks
ā¢ Coordinate with other product teams to ensure new features are thoughtfully introduced into Free Edition with the right user experience and guardrails
ā¢ Engage directly with learners and users to understand their goals, identify friction points, and translate insights into impactful product improvements
ā¢ Define and track success metrics that measure learning engagement and user outcomes
Skills
ā¢ 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in data, AI, or developer-focused platforms
ā¢ Strong customer empathy and passion for creating learning and onboarding experiences that empower users
ā¢ Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
ā¢ Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to articulate vision, motivate teams, and simplify complex concepts
ā¢ Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with engineering on data and platform capabilities
