[Remote] Sr. Product Manager – AI Site Building - US (Remote)

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the transformation of the website builder into an AI-powered system, owning the strategy and execution while supporting the migration of existing websites. Responsibilities • Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-assisted website building • Drive deep discovery to understand complex internal and client site-building user stories and problems • Partner with engineering to architect a robust, agentic system design that meets our needs and enables pixel-perfect migration of existing sites • Partner with engineering & design to build all aspects of new system, including AI workflows, design and element libraries, the website editor UX, and more • Think strategically about milestones and sequencing, ensuring that we learn early and often • Define and implement a testing and evaluation strategy • Plan and execute a fast, flawless rollout that minimizes overlap between old and new systems • Define and track success metrics across site quality, customer satisfaction, and internal efficiency Skills • 7+ years of product management experience, including 2–3 years leading large, complex 0→1 initiatives • Fluency in system design — mapping data and decision flow across multiple subsystems energizes you • Proven success building AI-powered products — familiarity with agentic workflows, LLM selection, prompt creation, and evaluation suites • Passion for exceptional visual design — you care deeply about polish and will ensure our new sites are even more stunning than today's • Startup experience & mindset — you thrive in ambiguity, are a master at finding the MVP, and balance speed with quality • Exceptional communicator & collaborator — you drive clarity and gain trust and buy-in within your team and drive stakeholder alignment across the business • Experience with visual builders, CMSs, or design systems is a strong plus • Familiarity with the real estate industry is a bonus, but not required Benefits • Join a product-led, design-forward company with real traction and a clear growth strategy • Drive innovation on a highly visible, AI-first initiative that will shape our company’s future • Work with a talented, humble, and highly collaborative team • Thrive in a remote-first, async-friendly environment • Grow into leadership as we expand the platform and team Company Overview • Website and marketing system used by the world’s leading real estate agents and brokers.
