Remote Sr. Product Designer

In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the onboarding and overall user experience of our platform for developers. You will focus on product-led growth initiatives that enhance activation, conversion, and retention rates. Accountabilities • Design and ship product-led growth initiatives focused on activation, conversion, and retention. • Own and evolve onboarding and early product experiences within the cloud dashboard and core product. • Identify where developers stall or drop off and turn insighs into actionable improvements. • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Documentation teams to transition from insights to implemented changes. • Design across various surfaces, including the cloud dashboard, in-product education, and developer onboarding content. • Balance speed and quality to ensure usability without compromising craftsmanship. • Contribute to and evolve the design system to support scalable growth initiatives. Requirements • 5+ years of experience designing products for technical audiences. • Strong UX, interaction, and visual design skills, with a portfolio showcasing polished, real-world work. • Deep empathy for the learning and exploration processes of developers. • Ability to move fast, iterate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Capable of understanding both systems and intricate interaction details. • Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams. • Highly proficient in Figma and contemporary design workflows.
