• Ensure compliance with non-functional requirements and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate resolution of schedule and budget challenges due to evolving requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in frontline operations on third-party platforms, specifically Salesforce.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
• Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic approach.
