Responsibilities • Develop and champion a comprehensive data product strategy aligned with DaVita's overall business objectives. • Identify and prioritize opportunities to create new data products or enhance existing ones to meet market needs and drive revenue growth. • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in data and analytics. • Define and manage the data product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and resource availability. • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation and concept validation to launch and ongoing optimization. • Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. • Build and lead a high-performing team of data product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. • Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members. • Set clear goals, conduct performance evaluations, and manage team resources effectively. • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, IT, and clinical teams. • Communicate the data product vision, strategy, and roadmap effectively to diverse audiences. • Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve data products and services. • Ensure data products adhere to DaVita's data governance policies and standards. • Work with data governance and data quality teams to maintain data accuracy, completeness, and reliability. • Promote a culture of data literacy and responsible data usage throughout the organization. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of data products. • Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
