Job Title: Remote Sr Demand Gen Manager (Global Campaigns)- $145k Base, $160k Total (DevOps)
Salary: $1450k Base +10% Bonus = $160k Total + Equity, Benefits & 401k
Requirements: Campaign Management + Marketing DevOps, Data Engineering, and/or Database
With over 1 million monthly downloads and 100 million total downloads, we are a leader in open sourced database and DevOps tools.
Our product is used for database change automation, which syncs fluidly with DevOps and CICD pipelines.
Clients include brands like Apple, Walmart, and some of the biggest banks in the world.
We are profitable and doing around $16 million in ARR/year.
We have been in business for about 13 years and have around 100 employees.
Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Sr Demand Gen Manager (Global Campaigns) experienced with:
• Direct campaign ownership and execution
• Strong understanding of the marketing funnel
• Experience marketing DevOps, database, data engineering, etc. products
Job Duties
• Own integrated campaigns which support product launches, sales, ABM programs, and events
• Hands on experience with paid media, ABM, email, nurture, and webinars
• Strong experience with demand gen funnel metrics and what is driving pipeline during each phase
• Copywriting experience on email and web
