Skills
⢠Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA or Project Management certification is a plus)
⢠5+ years leading creative campaigns in advertising or eCommerce, with a proven record of high-impact, scalable outputs
⢠Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring creative teams to deliver measurable business results
⢠Deep understanding of consumer psychology, storytelling, and advertising principles
⢠Strong strategic planning and prioritization abilities, with flawless execution under tight deadlines
⢠Analytical and data-driven mindset, turning insights into creative growth strategies
