Oversee expense management for various locations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
Lead and implement key projects, including system updates and site changes, enhancing operational effectiveness.
Analyze financial data and prepare reports that reveal critical insights for decision-making.
Create and manage journal entries and expense accruals, ensuring meticulous financial documentation.
Conduct monthly variance analyses on P&L statements, providing actionable recommendations to enhance business performance.
Collaborate with the Customer Operations team to streamline invoicing processes for optimal transaction accuracy.
Actively participate in customer financial reviews and internal meetings, articulating variances and classifications effectively.
Serve as a reliable source of financial information for audits and various stakeholder requests.
Foster strong collaborative relationships with Operations and other Finance/Accounting teams, enhancing teamwork and communication.
Required Skills
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 3 years in finance or accounting roles, with a strong analytical focus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment.
Demonstrated capability in navigating complex situations with tact and sensitivity.
Proven track record of analyzing financial data and delivering actionable insights.
